Our Regional Secretariat is located in Nansana Kampala Metropolitan Area, along Kampala-Hoima high way Uganda

Objectives

“To ensure that all urban Authorities across East Africa of whatever level and size join the Alliance to work together for sustainable management of urban and trans-boundary environmental natural resources by embracing sustainable innovations in the socio-economic development to spur the desired transformation and environmental sanity.

  • City Division Councils, Municipal Councils, Municipal Division Councils.

Associate Membership

This can be taken up by the following entities:

  • All Rural Local Authorities (District and Sub-Counties)
  • Institutions (Cultural, Religious, Educational)
  • Community Based Organizations.
  • Business Groups and Associations.
  • Private Sector Associations/Groups.
  • Religious Based Organizations.
  • Individual Persons.
  • Community Associations.

Honorary Membership

This is conferred by the Board of Trustees onto the distinguished personalities with good track record and exceptional performance in priority areas of ALLENTRIEA.

Obligations of ALLENTRIEA Members

  • Payment of Annual membership subscription fees.
  • Competes for Leadership positions of the Alliance once nominated.
  • Campaigns and votes Alliance leaders.
  • Participates in all Alliance activities as guided by the Alliance Secretariat
  • Enjoys all benefits that may accrue out of the Alliance activities, programs and projects
  • Have access to the Alliance facilities as shall be prescribed by the Executive
  • Board and the Alliance Regional Secretariat
